Swimsuit Calendar

I thought I might let you preview a couple pics from the coming Rush Family Swimsuit Calendar. (Now wouldn't that be a great idea for a fund raiser!)

These babes were caught frolicking on the beach a year and a half ago.

Quote of the day by Mark Driscoll as quoted by Frost and Hirsch in The Shaping of Things to Come:
"I want to prepare like an evangelical; preach like a Pentecostal; pray like a mystic; do the spiritual disciplines like a Desert Father; art like a Catholic; and social justice like a liberal."

I love that quote. Though, it is harder to reflect on when it sets next to Clark in a speedo.

Oh, those pictures are terrific! Karsyn looks like a mini wild woman and Clark looks like a little leap frog!

Tim, that quote rocks. There are so many things I wish I'd said first! :-)

Hey Tim, I just wanted to say hello, and thanks for keeping up the blog. I love all the technology that we have to make it possible to do all this. Your kids are very adorable...and they get cuter everyday. The pressure for us just keeps building to have cute kids too. Anyways, you guys are awesome, keep up the good work.

Them are some very big blue eyes! Where's Q's glamour shot? We sure do miss you guys.
Here's a book title to go with your quote "A Generous Orthodoxy: Why I Am a Missional, Evangelical, Post/Protestant, Liberal/Conservative, Mystical/Poetic, Biblical, Charismatic/Contemplative, Fundamentalist/Calvinist, Anabaptist/Anglican, Methodist, Catholic, Green, Incarnational, Depressed-yet-Hopeful, Emergent, Unfinished CHRISTIAN". Great book, but I've been told that it's heretical...great for a missionary.

Dust, don't think me just yet... you haven't seen tomorrow's post!!!

Paul, did you see my note to you on Sarah's blog? You blew my mind.

Carrie, look forward to seeing you in March. Bentonville, huh.

Angie, I'm usually just the opposite with many things I wish I hadn't said.

Kara! Welcome to the blog world. How's married life treating you? I can't believe it's been a year!

Monica, where is Jamie at now?

Should say... "Dusty, don't THANK me just yet."

You can think about me as much as you want. Except that the context is in swimsuits, so maybe just stop thinking about me for now.

Now Mr Rush, you should know from a guy who finds great amount of pleasure in eating both tuna and corn straight from a can I have no problem with the London pizza scene.

Paul, I wanna be in the secret book club that's reading "A Generous Orthodoxy!" :-) We heretics have to stick together.
