Surf's Up!

I'm ready to surf. And Jeff is ready for some laughs. I will say, surfing is one of the few things that has a fun learning process.
I'm going to stand if it's the last thing I do. And in fact, it was the last thing I did!

Though it isn't very clear, I think you can still make out the huge smile on Jeff's face. That is my head just peaking up above the surf.

Nicely done, Rush! I'm glad you liked it...I guess that means you'll be back for more? You've made me homesick. I'm getting more and more excited to be back.

And by the way, you look awfully sexy in these pics if I do say so myself. I have been out on a board with no shirt on one time. It was the first and last time -- I had a rash all up and down my front. Not fun!

I love the ocean!

Hee hee hee.... wipeout!

P.S. Tim, your dad's comment over at Cope's blog is such a crack-up! People are running with it! You guys and your baseball...

Thanks for strategically placing the board in front of your lily white belly for us. That was probably your best surfing move!

Did you hear? I'm going to the World Series with dad tomorrow! Wish you could come.

Shane, the ocean is great, but I don't know if I could take the heat 24/7. I'd stand in the cold shower and just keep sweating! Still, surfing could be addictive.

Angie, I haven't checked out Cope's blog in quite some time. I'll have to read it later. Did you know that your writing me a long time ago to mention they were eulogizing dad there is what got me onto the blog scene. Oh, it's a scene man.

Dust, are you kidding me? If so, that's it! I'm moving back to the states tomorrow! And I'm moving in next door to grandma! That way dad will have to golf with me when he visits and somehow I'll get to a game or two a year.

Dust, I just read dad's note on Cope's blog. I'm trying really hard not to break down in tears.
