Proverbs 14:34

“Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people.”

My question is, what are we doing about this?

To exalt the nation, I’m thinking we have to begin in the home. But how can we teach/model righteousness to our kids in such a way as to reach beyond our walls? How can the righteousness that we grow in, in our smaller communities, effect the larger communities around us?

Also, Jason and I are meeting Eli and KLC in about an hour for a late lunch - WITHOUT CHILDREN!!!! I am so excited, it will be like the olden days before there were kids...so I am sure they will catch us up on all the happenings with you and your family. Love you guys!

Hey Tim!

This is Jason. Dinner with Eli & KLC was great! We spent about 6 hours with them away from our kids! It was an adults night out. P.F. Changs for dinner, 2 1/2 hours at Starbucks talking about the Spirit filled life, then off to Barnes & Nobles for the guys and Old Navy for the women.

Send me your email address so that I don't have to waste the comments section of your blog... :-)

We would love to go down there! I think I'll wait till Sam is a little older... Not because of Mexico, but for our own sanity. Boys are SOOO much different than girls. It is great how God made men and women different.

Love you guys!
